Zoe Tay 郑惠玉
A top model turned full time actress after winning the first “Star Search”, Singapore’s biennial talent search held in 1988, Zoe Tay is Singapore’s entertainment icon. She has played the female lead in countless television serials ranging from contemporary to period dramas. Her breakthrough came in 1991 when she was cast as a materialistic and vindictive woman in “Pretty Faces”, a serial in which she stamped her mark with her versatility and sex appeal.
Jesseca Liu 刘芷绚
Born on the sunny island of Langkawi, Jesseca Liu is a head-turner. With her magnetic charm, it was the perfect choice for her to step into the world of modelling after graduating from Saito Academy in 2001. Moving beyond the runway, Jesseca tried her hands at acting in Malaysia with a few Chinese drama productions.


Zhou Ying 周颖
Graduated from Shanghai Theatre Academy, Zhou Ying first appeared on the screens in Singapore when she took part in MediaCorp’s talent competition, Star Search 2007. She was one of the two finalists from Shanghai to compete against other contestants from the region in the final rounds of the competition held in Singapore.

Felicia Chin 陈靓瑄
Felicia Chin beat her Malaysian and China counterparts in Star Search 2003, a biennial talent contest and became the first Singaporean champion ever since the contest went regional in 1997. Both talented and exuberant, Felicia nabbed the subsidiary award for Miss Vibrant as well as Best Acting Potential.

Winner of the Miss Telegenic Award at Star Search 2007, Ya Hui was one of the hot favourites of the TV talent scouting contest, which was telecast live throughout its season, making it one of the most challenging contests in local TV history.

Kate was a model in Taiwan before she joined MediaCorp. Passionate about acting, she has been honing her skills through attending acting classes and acting in numerous TV commercials and even a movie in Taiwan.

Yvonne Lim 林湘萍
Yvonne was the first runner-up in the Singapore Polytechnic Beauty Quest and a finalist with Go Magazine's Cover Girl Contest before she joined Star Searchin 1997, Singapore's bi-annual talent search. She was offered a full-time artiste contract with MediaCorp Studios and was given the lead role in her debut TV drama.

Chris Tong 童冰玉
Dainty and endowed with porcelain skin, Chris Tong took part in Malaysia Chinese Cosmos International, where she won and went on to represent Malaysia to take part in finals, competing with regional beauties.

Sora Ma
Slender and tall, this Malaysian model-turned-artiste frequently appears on various magazines when she is in Malaysia. Not one to wear a frown, Sora has a smile to greet everyone wherever she goes.

Jeanette Aw 欧萱
Born Jeanette Aw Ee-Ping (欧燕苹), Jeanette Aw became a star when she emerged as the champion in a talent search contest titled ‘Route To Glamour’ organised by the now defunct television network, MediaWorks.

Elizabeth Lee 李巧儿
Elizabeth honed her skills in the performing arts from young. She has a Grade 8 certification in piano and is well-versed in dance, including Chinese, Modern, Contemporary and Jazz.


Jayley Woo 胡佳琪
Jayley was better known as a blogger before she became an artiste. She started her blog in 2005 and her presence in the blogosphere became more prominent by the end of 2009.

Eelyn Kok 郭蕙雯
Eelyn Kok is a local graduate from National University of Singapore, who majored in Economics and Japanese Studies. However, not one to settle for a regular desk-bound job, Eelyn figured she might have it better with a shot at glamour where she emerged as a finalist in the local variety programme, Route to Glamour.


Tracy Lee 李美玲
A part-time model in Malaysia, university graduate Tracy Lee participated in MediaCorp’s talent competition, “Star Search 2007” and was one of the 3 Malaysians selected to compete against other contestants from the region in the final rounds held in Singapore.

Bonnie Loo 罗美仪
Bonnie is the winner of Campus SuperStar 2013. She is also the first female contestant to win the singing competition since it started in 2006. At the finals, she garnered numerous audience votes, and wowed the judges with her outstanding performance. Eric Moo was so impressed that he invited her to sing at his concert.
Bonnie started taking singing lessons when she was ten years old. Singing is her passion and she has participated in close to 300 singing competitions around the region so far. Currently a full time student, she intends to pursue her musical ambitions after graduation.

Rui En 瑞恩
Rui En is her stage name for Lu Rui En, 卢瑞恩; one of the “reigning” seven princesses of Caldecott Hill and dubbed as the icy cool and ‘tough’ one for her nonconforming attitude but the singer-actress has openly expressed her desire to be recognized and remembered for her performances rather than with the title.

Joanne Peh 白薇秀
After her graduation from the School of Communication and Information of Nanyang Technological University, Joanne continued her acting career with the station as a full-time actress. She impressed audiences with her natural acting in drama serials such as Like Father, Like Daughter, The Golden Path, The Little Nyonya and A Tale of 2 Cities. Her compelling portrayal of Yuzhu, the ill-fated girl with a heart of gold in The Little Nyonya, earned her rave reviews, as well as a Best Actress award nod at Star Awards 2009.
